{"message":"RESOLVED, that the active block producers authorize the VST and or VS LLC to engage litigation counsel in connection with enforcement, recovery, preservation, or protection of Stewardship Assets, including intellectual property, domains, repositories, administrative access rights, social media accounts, and related assets.\n\nFURTHER RESOLVED, that the VST and or VS LLC are authorized to incur and pay legal fees and expenses for such litigation counsel in an amount not to exceed USD $40,000, subject to review and approval by the Trustee and consistent with the Trust Agreement, VS LLC Operating Agreement, and applicable financial controls.\n\nFURTHER RESOLVED, that this authorization includes preparation of demand letters, claims analysis, pleadings, injunction materials, specific performance claims, settlement strategy, and related litigation readiness work.\n\nFURTHER RESOLVED, that filing litigation shall not be required by this MSIG, but may be authorized by the Trustee in consultation with counsel if counsel determines that further escalation is reasonably necessary to protect or recover Stewardship Assets.\n\nFURTHER RESOLVED, that no settlement, release, waiver, or compromise of material claims or Stewardship Assets may be approved without a further MSIG Resolution."}
